shopping spree
Went to orchard today. Nearly got lost in the underpass cos everywhere was having construction work. Walked down the street outside wisma atria n taka. Saw lotsa Christmas deco n lightings on the trees n outside shopping malls n took lotsa pics (my mum was saying why din I bring the digicam along..) headed to kinokuniya bkshop. Really haven been there for ages but it still remains the same larh. Searched for the bk that my tchr had recommended: the other side of midnight n was struggling whether to buy it or not cos I was quite tempted to buy comics..in the end I still chose to buy the bk cos I felt that comics were too expensive..haix.
It was arnd noon n I headed to plaza sing. Nearly got lost again cos the mrt station itself was confusing cos dhoby ghaut is the interchange station.hafta go up the escalator then come down again before reaching the exit..plaza sing itself has changed a lot as well..nearly cant recognize the place~waited for 15 mins before my dear fren reached the place. She hasnt change a bit. Hehe. Anw, went to this shop that sells 100% imported Japanese goods but all the things they had din have a price tag. N surprisingly ppl just take as many as possible as if those stuff were free (of course not larh! they hafta pay for it~). we wanted to buy meiji chocs but we couldnt find it. once we stepped out of the shop n walked down the escalator, i saw the banner beside the escalator which shows that everything that was sold in the shop that we just went in
only cost $2! omg! the two of us were realli. T.T..haix. we missed out lotsa goodies..
after saying bye with this fren went to somerset. haha. din noe joan realli brought her dog out. stayed for 30 mins n went home.
